1. Working Principle
The fire detection device is composed of a pressure vessel filled with fire extinguishing agent, a container valve, and a fire detection tube and/or a release tube that can release the fire extinguishing agent. The fire detection tube is placed near or above the most likely place where the fire source occurs, and at the same time, detection is carried out by relying on many detection points (linear) along the fire detection tube. Once a fire occurs, the fire detection tube is softened and exploded at the highest heat temperature, and the fire extinguishing medium is released to the protected area through the fire detection tube itself (direct system) or the nozzle (indirect system). Among them, the fire detection tube is a new variety developed in the high-tech field and is a high-tech non-metallic synthetic product. First, it combines long-term leakage resistance, flexibility and effective temperature sensitivity, and explodes within a certain temperature range to spray fire extinguishing medium or transmit fire signals. Second, it does not require power supply and traditional fire alarm control components, thereby reducing costs and installation difficulties, and also greatly improves the reliability of the fire extinguishing device and avoids the malfunction of the electric control alarm components.
